TruePath HCM is recruiting for a professional compliance and safety services provider focused on helping clients manage Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance, drug and alcohol testing programs, and related safety requirements. With a mission to deliver reliable, tailored, and quality services, BSS supports motor carriers with critical compliance needs including program management, CSA compliance, audits, and training.


Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant will be a key support partner to the leadership and service teams, ensuring administrative, operational, and client-facing functions run smoothly. This role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and an ability to manage processes related to compliance services, record keeping, scheduling, and customer interactions in a professional service environment.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Provide general office support, including answering phones, greeting clients, and responding to inquiries in a timely way

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for compliance testing, training sessions, and client meetings

  • Draft, edit, and prepare routine correspondence, reports, training materials, and client communications

  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files (e.g., compliance records, DOT documentation)

Client & Service Operations Support

  • Assist in coordinating client DOT compliance and drug & alcohol testing schedules

  • Support document collection, data entry, and record maintenance necessary for compliance programs

  • Track status of testing results, compliance audits, and other deliverables to ensure timely completion

Compliance Program Assistance

  • Help maintain accurate driver qualification files and reporting systems

  • Assist with background checks, Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs), and compliance review documentation

  • Coordinate logistics for DOT compliance training events and serve as a point-of-contact for scheduling or materials distribution

Team & Process Collaboration

  • Work closely with safety compliance professionals to support workflow and administrative processes

  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance office efficiency and service delivery


Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional services, consulting, or compliance environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems as needed

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with regulatory compliance or safety programs (DOT preferred)

  • Prior experience in scheduling, record keeping, or compliance documentation

  • Familiarity with client service and support in a professional services setting
